TRAINING | OUR SUPPORT


OUR SOFTWARE APPLICATION TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES ARE DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR CLIENTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRAINING OF OTHER COMPANIES SOFTWARE OTHER THAN MICROSOFT'S BECAUSE WE WANT TO PROVIDE THE BEST SUPPORT AND TRAINING TO OUR OWN SOFTWARE APPLICATION CLIENTS.

Training and support are very important parts of our service and our client relationship ethos. While we strenuously design and build software applications that are intuitively easy to use with online, context sensitive help systems it is important for you that we provide training that eases the transition from the old system to the new.

Similarly with software application support, we really work hard on your behalf to minimise the need for support but this Holy Grail has yet to be found in the context of software. However, please be assured that we will not hide behind a bug being a 'design feature'.
