Solution Control Point is locking out the image file, this is what the program does in order that you can view the image against an item, unfortunately this is part of a control that we dont own the code for.

To get around this, try the following steps, we will develop on these as issues arise:
1)Close down control point

2)goto images on CPCentralStorage (you should see this as a valid shared location: \\[Servername]\CPCentralStorage\Images)

3)find the image associated with the Product Code and rename to something that you would not likely use (prehaps prefix with a $)
3a)If an error box appears, this means that the image is still being locked by an application, again ensure that all Control Point programs are stopped.

4)After successfully renaming the image, start control point.

5)goto product load your new image from the known location and click save.
