Rick Stein - Padstow Seafood School Since opening 28 years ago, the Seafood Restaurant has developed from a small harbourside bistro into an internationally acclaimed restaurant. That's not all - with two smaller restaurants, a deli, a patisserie, a gift shop and the fantastic Padstow Seafood School, Rick has a great many exciting projects in operation. The brief for the Padstow Seafood School brochure was primarily to present a colour coded calendar to represent the courses available for 2005, something which had not been attempted previously. With sixteen available options, this was not an easy task and was a challenge to achieve high levels or legibility at this scale. However, this was achieved and our aim for the rest of the publication was to provide the School with a document which presented a feeling and atmosphere of excitement to potential students.
